To submit an offer on a Bank Owned Property, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Prepare the following documents:

C.A.R. Purchase Agreement (including Buyer's Inspection Advisory);

Copy of Earnest Money Deposit Check;

Proof of Funds,
(all-cash buyer stops here, next 2 items are for buyers with financing); -
Pre-Approval Letter (Pre-Qualification is not sufficient);

Copy of Credit Report (1st Page with FICO Scores).
To ensure speedy processing, please submit all of the above documents at the same time.
Step 2:
You may submit your offer by using any one of the three metheds below.
Method 1: Fax to 562-741-4625
Method 2: Prepare a MongoFax Cover Page with offertovivian@gmail.com as receiving email address, and print it out. Use this MongoFax Cover Page as cover sheet to fax all the documents to the # on the MongoFax Cover Page.
Method 3: Save all the documents in PDF format, and send them as an attachment to the email address offertovivian@gmail.com

Step 3:
Contact us to confirm that the offer was received.
Step 4:
You will receive a response the moment we hear from the Seller/Bank. This is usually within 3 Business Days after the offer been presented, but may vary, depending on the Seller/Bank.
